As a Maryland State Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and verified Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), AGX-LLC provides large business capabilities with unparalleled agility and speed to market. We are ideally postured to lead this effort and offer a unique value proposition with the recent addition of senior Army leaders and subject matter experts in defense acquisition, logistics, science and technology, capability development, and broadband communications. Our team is connected with national and state-level leadership and acknowledged as global experts. In preparation, we have coordinated with the Departments of Defense, Commerce, Education, Housing and Urban Development, and other national leaders. We are currently focused on strategy development and technology acceleration, specifically in the areas of smart cities enablers, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and advanced manufacturing.                                    

For the community, our plan is to execute our legislation in building the broadband and digital technology capacities of urban communities. The national model is associated with government advisory efforts that will grow the next generation of scientists, engineers, and acquisition professionals while positioning HBCU institutions to become sought-after R1/R2 research institutions. 

AGX can take our nation's HBCUs to the next level, creating an unprecedented template that will empower each university to lead similar developments across the country and leave a powerful legacy as a role model to help transform other HBCU institutions. We are confident that this approach will set the conditions for a streamlined and executable strategy and implementation plan that supports HBCUs campus Presidents' vision and objectives. We will lead this effort with a commitment to excellence and a passion for improving the quality of life for US residents. 

Access and  Accessibility  

 American Group Contrax, AGX-LLC is the first of RMI of Maryland's 2022 Champion of Maryland Manufacturing, for our efforts in the "Diversity & Inclusion" category. Our national HBCU modernization platform is all about embracing disruption. For many, securing internet access throughout the day is an uphill climb. While libraries, computer labs, and coffee shops may provide the necessary internet connection, they aren’t always accessible: Between work schedules and other obligations, the physical distance may be too much to travel, and their hours of operation may conflict with what a student or faculty member requires. American Group Contrax, AGX-LLC believes that broadband is a conduit for economic development and social opportunities for U.S. households and a gateway to increased productivity, growth, and market access for businesses of all sizes. We strengthen under-served communities by upgrading and connecting their infrastructure, making essential technologies and services accessible to all citizens. We are best known for excellence in public and private sector strategic alignments, business expansion, contracting and procurement, supplier diversity, strategic sourcing, community engagement, compliance, program management, and process improvement, Enterprise Management, IT, Cybersecurity, Logistics Systems, Medical and pharmaceutical supply, and Business Solutions.
